Bolt In Assembly

Weld In Assembly

Assembly Instructions

Step 1. - The accelerator Pad

Fit the accelerator pad to the lever arm using the 5mm shoulder bolt, M4 washer and Nyloc Nut, and the pad return spring. Do not over tighten the nyloc nut as this will cause the pad to bind up.

Note: it is easier to put everything together without latching the return spring over the lever arm. Then once the nut is done up, latch the spring into place.

Step 2. - Assemble Bolt in Bracket.

Step 3. - Fitting Lever to Pivot Bracket

Fit the 10mm sholuder bolt through the lever arm. This is designed to be a tight fit and may need to be taped in with a hammer. The lever should not rotate on the shoulder bolt, this is what the 2 bushes are for.

Assemble the lever arm and return spring to the pivot bracket and secure with an M8 Nyloc Nut. This nut should not be done up tight as it will casue the lever arm to bind.

Note: The pivot bracket has 3 holes for the spring, Generally the middle hole will suit but as personal preference, you may wish to move the spring forward or back a hole to make the pedal feel lighter or heavier as you wish.
