Installation Notes

The washer nozzle is to be installed in the centre of the plenum front vertical wall. Take note, that the screw in the top plenum cover, is not on centre (see Fig 1.1)

Once centre has been found, place some masking tape on the surface to be drilled.
From the bottom edge, measure up 3/4" (19mm) - See Fig 1.2
Mark a straight line parallel to the bottom edge.

The center hole will be drilled to 7mm, and the two outside holes are to be drilled 3mm. (see Fig. 1.3)

Note: It will always help to lubricate stainless steel screws with some never seize.

The Nozzle may need to be adjusted by slightly rotating either left or right to ensure the washer jets spray on the windscreen evenly. The nozzle may also need slight bending to hit the appropriate height on the windscreen.
