This repair panel is laser cut and CNC folded. It includes a stamped section that replicates the original inner sill in both over all dimensions and the correct taper to align with the subframe legThe hole is not drilled so that after fitting it can be drilled exactly where needed.The section also has a 2mm plate welded in for extra support where the hole for the subframe needs to be drilled. This plate is welded on with copper weld through primer between the two surfaces to help prevent future rust.
